Ayaan did an outstanding job in introducing Scratch programming to my daughter. She wants to do it daily now and that speaks a lot about how well the class went. A lot of concepts were introduced in the class. So she was able to work independently on new projects once the session was over. Ayaan did a good job in putting together the right instruction material for the class. Though there were some initial hiccups with not all kids able to catchup, he did fix it by using different ways to make sure everyone was on the same page before moving to next step. He also gave a sneak peek of what projects he created with his python programming skills and now my daughter wants to learn that!! He sure knows how to spark kids interest in different programming languages!

I am Myra’s mom. First, I want to congratulate you on a job well done.
A few things that you did well: – You are extremely confident. Your diction, your command over the subject, and the ease with which you taught the class was like that of an experienced teacher.
– You were focused on the task at hand and were not distracted. It also did not appear that you took help from your parents during the sessions, which is commendable.
– You were also going slowly and repeatedly checking on the students and making sure that they were all engaged and attentive throughout the class. You did not fumble once, and were able to answer all questions that the students had.
For 8-year old Myra, it was a good first introduction to programming. Although a bit too advanced for her, she finally got the idea of writing code to accomplish a task. Myra enjoyed moving the cat around based on the instructions she provided in the command window.
What could have been better: For our part, we struggled a bit because we were using a small screen laptop and there was too much going on between the video and the scratch programming. Myra had just started using a computer when we attended the class so she struggled with some basic commands. Some basic familiarity with a laptop would have been good. However, she has begun to show interest in programming, which is a win for us… all thanks to you!
Again, thank you very much for taking the time out to teach kids of a diverse age range and excelling at it. Well done!!

The best thing was that the kids got to build out programs simultaneously as Ayaan was showing them the techniques so that they can get the hands on learning experience. Submitted on August 2021 Our two boys – Aidan (9 yrs) and Riaan (6 yrs) attended Ayaan’s Scratch programming session and throughly enjoyed the session.
What worked out most was the fact that Ayaan was incrementally adding features and capabilities while guiding the kids and was pacing himself well while trying to explain the concepts. His grasp on the topic, technical understanding and clarity in explanation was a definitive plus point for both the kids.
Aidan and Riaan both learned a lot of new concepts during their session and the fact that this was their second session with Ayaan, its commendable that he has been able to guide them really well.

This class provided an excellent introduction to HTML programming. Coming in, my son had no previous experience with HTML, and I was surprised by how much he was able to learn during the week of this course. He was also very excited each day to show me what he had learned and created on Replit. The class was both educational and enjoyable. I hope you will continue with these classes in the future. I learned lots about Python in this class. Ayaan was very thorough with covering lots of material throughout the span of five days, and I enjoyed it! I would have some fun activities related to Python to make the class a bit more engaging, but that’s basically it!
